Following postponement of the 2020 Brighton Marathon Weekend and the negative effect that this has had on us, our suppliers and charities, we would like to let you know how you can support the Brighton Marathon Weekend to safeguard its future.

Quite simply, we ask that you get involved!

Here’s what you can do…

Enter the Brighton Marathon for Charity

We decided not to put the 2020 event back on sale following postponement. We decided not to do this in order to support our charities so that signing up to run for them and fundraise was the only option if someone wanted to take part on 20th September 2020.

Our charities have seen less than 40% of the fundraising they would normally have achieved by April this year and we need to help them as much as we can.

You can find a charity to run for in 2020 here. They need you!

Enter the BM10k or BM Ride

You can still enter the BM Ride or BM10k for 2020. Take on a fantastic 50k closed road bike ride around Brighton & Hove or run 10km ahead of the Brighton Marathon. Both take in the sights of our beautiful city and the atmosphere of the event weekend.

Register Your Interest for 2021

You can now register your interest in Early Bird entries for the 2021 Brighton Marathon, which will take place on Sunday 18 April 2021.

Only those who register their interest will be given the opportunity to enter at the Early Bird rate when entries open.

By signing up and committing to 26.2 miles next year, you will be providing invaluable support to the the Brighton Marathon Weekend and our charity partners, following the 2020 postponement.
