As part of the EA 10k Championships and Champions of the Road series, we would like to offer athletes looking to run a fast time at the BM10k a free entry into the 2019 event.

Category A runners may receive free entry plus accommodation and reasonable travel expenses. Category B runners will receive free entry only.

All prize funds will be for British* athletes only.

*Be eligible to compete for GB&NI

If you meet the standards set out below you can apply for an elite entry in the BM10k 2019. Your qualifying time must have been achieved after 1 January 2017.

To apply, please send an email to with a link to your Power of Ten page, or provide a link to the results of the race where you achieved your qualifying performance. Applications must be received by March 1st 2019.

If you meet the below standards, you will receive a complimentary entry into the race.
